PriceBridge is a browser extension that helps you source products from Chinese marketplaces: it shows shopping-agent links and estimates shipping and import costs. It is built to work without any account, server, or data collection.
Nothing. PriceBridge has no backend server and no analytics. We never receive, store, or sell any data about you.
The extension stores a few preferences locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local): interface language, your chosen destination country, an affiliate-disclosure acknowledgement flag, an optional API key you may add yourself, and a local usage counter. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the extension.
translate.googleapis.com) to produce a Chinese search keyword. Only the keyword text is sent — never the page URL, your identity, or browsing history. The extension only runs on a fixed list of shopping websites (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, noon, and similar retail sites listed in the manifest). It reads product information (title, price, image) from the page only when you actively invoke it — via right-click, the floating button, or area selection. It does not track your browsing.
Shopping-agent links in the panel may contain our referral code. If you sign up and place an order, the agent platform pays us a share of its service/shipping fee. This never increases your price. These links are marked in the interface, and the extension asks for your acknowledgement before the first redirect.
Shipping, VAT, and duty figures are rough estimates calculated locally from a built-in rate table. They are informational only and not customs or tax advice.
If our data practices ever change, this page and the extension listing will be updated before the change takes effect.
